Can I choose the type of fabrics used??

A:You may discuss your preferences with the artist at the preliminary stage of your commission however, the artist isn’t able to guarantee any specific fabrics or materials.

What if I don't like my journal?

A:Before the creation process begins you will discuss the details of the project with the artist via email. The artist will then send you a rough mock up design/sketch for you both to agree on. In the case that you don’t like your journal prior to shipping you will be refunded in full and your order will be cancelled. Please note: The artist will only take on Journal projects that can be resold for this specific reason.

How long will it take to make?

A:A Junk Journal can take 1-2weeks to make from start to finish depending on inventory. That being said you will be regularly updated throughout the entire creation process so you know how it is tracking prior to it being shipped.

How long does shipping take?

A:Once your order is complete, it will be shipped within 1-2days and you will receive your tracking number via email. Shipping usually takes 7-14 days within Australia and 2-3wks Internationally. Please note: shipping times can vary depending on Australia Post delays.
